Families and friends of the last two graduating seniors for the CHS Class of 2022 gathered in the school’s library to celebrate summer commencement and close an important chapter in the lives of students.
The ceremony, which honored those students who completed all high-school graduation requirements during the summer months, was an intimate reminder of the grit and perseverance of students.
“You have shown that nothing will stop you from reaching your goals. Your journey is just beginning,” CHS Principal Teresa Clapsaddle told the graduates. “You are now armed with the knowledge and skills to tackle new challenges and set forth on a path of success that will help you and your families reach new heights.”
The two summer graduates join the more than 400 seniors who earned their diplomas as the CHS Class of 2022 in May during the spring commencement.
