The Canutillo Independent School District tragically lost a member of the Canutillo family with the passing of Canutillo High School student, Carlos Lerma.
Lerma was a bright light to the CHS campus community and beyond. He was a talented member of the CHS basketball team, a beloved son, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him including administrators, teachers, coaches, fellow teammates and classmates and the many friends whose lives he touched.
The Canutillo ISD and CHS community welcomes the public to come together to remember and celebrate Lerma’s life at a memorial service at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 21 at the CHS football stadium.
