The Canutillo High School Chamber Choir and the Canutillo Middle School Honor Choir proved pitch perfect at the UIL Choir Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation by earning superior ratings.
The CMS Honor Choir received 1st Division Concert Performance Non-Varsity with a superior rating.
“Our kids did an excellent job at the competition and I am very proud of them, said CMS Choir Director David Moreno. “Their performance reflected all the time and effort they put into getting ready to compete.”
The Canutillo High School Chamber Choir earned the highest honor by taking Sweepstakes in Concert & Sight Reading Varsity.
“It is an honor to receive Sweepstakes,” said CHS Choir Director Guillermo Adame Jr. “It is a testament to the diligence and dedication of our students who give it all they have on a daily basis. They are very deserving and I couldn’t be prouder.”
